Can I go on a success based pricing plan?
Yes, we can offer a plan for $10/month + 1.5% of sales originating from Frankie. Please install Frankie and contact our support team.
Are there any setup fees or other charges?
No. There are no setup fees or any other hidden charges.
Which plan do I go on?
For each billing cycle, Frankie looks at your store revenue for the previous 30-days and uses this to determine which plan your store should be on for the coming month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can simply click on ‘Pause’ to stop Frankie charges. Charges are managed directly by Shopify so uninstalling the app will automatically cancel your subscription.
